zoning laws.

The proposed revisions to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) include

all residential zoning districts

requirement, as well as applying dimensional standards equally for
duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes
-- Removing owner-occupancy and square footage limitation on ADUs,
and allowing more than one ADU per lot
-- Changing the definition of a single-family attached dwelling and
amending use-specific standards to increase the maximum number of
dwelling units allowed
-- Amending the use-specific standards of cottage developments to
increase and generally improve the feasibility of cottage developments
-- Eliminating marking minimums
-- Reducing minimum lot widths, lot areas, and building setback requirements
