Calling All Bloomington and Monroe County Neighborhoods,

The Council of Neighborhood Associations (CONA) is thrilled to
announce a unique opportunity during the entire month of August.

CONA will be co-featured in the City of Bloomington display case at
City Hall and is inviting neighborhoods to help showcase the vibrant
spirit, rich history, and unique character of Bloomington and Monroe
County neighborhoods.

We invite all interested neighborhood associations and informal
neighborhood groups to contribute to this exciting exhibit. This is an
opportunity to highlight what makes your corner of Bloomington and
Monroe County a truly special place to live.

If your neighborhood is interested in participating, please send an
RSVP via email to cona-d...@googlegroups.com by July 25, 2025.

In your RSVP, please include the following information:

Your neighborhood name: (e.g. Spicewood, Bryan Park, Green Acres,
etc.) and contact information.

A brief description of content: Tell us what kind of information or
items you envision displaying. This could include photographs, maps,
brief historical summaries, information about unique local businesses
or landmarks, highlights of community events, initiatives, or grants,
art or crafts created by neighborhood residents, or anything else that
visually represents the essence of your neighborhood!

This is a wonderful opportunity to foster connections, celebrate our
diverse communities, and educate visitors about the heart of
Bloomington and Monroe County. We look forward to hearing from you
and helping to make this display a true reflection of our amazing
neighborhoods!

Sincerely,

The Council of Neighborhood Associations (CONA) Board
