Thanks for your previous information about the Space Meeting 2014 in San Antonio (August 12-13).

Our group is keeping an eye on this with a view to possible participation

or interaction in some way.

Unfortunately, our members seem to be mostly otherwise committed 

during the August period of the meeting.  It is possible that 

some representative may help us with a poster presentation, or something like that.

At present, I'm afraid I cannot give any clear and definite answer.

Please keep us on your mailing list.  We would be interested to see how

things progress.  Do you have arrangements for publication of the 

conference proceedings already in place?

Your programme certainly sounds interesting, and it is possible that one of our group could

attend this gathering.  I believe we would have something original to contribute in relation

to the 'life in the universe' problem. 

 

I noticed that your website mentioned something about sponsorship opportunities.

We would be grateful if you could perhaps send some more specific information on this subject.

It would help us to formulate our plans better.

 

Another idea is that of remote (online) participation.  I wonder if such a possibility

has been mooted by the meeting organizers?  We would be interested, if so.
