viewing the boxer speed ratings report(extensive). I was working with the TPR numbers from "Pace makes the race" book. using 1st fraction and finial fraction the numbers are similar. any thoughts?

just a follow up: sat the 11th/17 @ GP r9 DICKINSON had about the high SR # last 3. won and paid $11.40
