Charts Using Excell 2007

I was trying to use the charts in excel 2007. I do not see the tools
button. Any help will be appreaciated.

Microsoft changed the location of items in Excel 2007.

Go to "Google" and enter "Tools in Excel", and a number of links are
shown to descriptions on how to find items in Excel 2007.

I am using Excel 2013 now, and I can view the charts by clicking on the add-ins button at the top.
