Has anyone had this problem today I downloaded three tracks from TSN thru computrak like I aways do I noticed that they were all 2005 data, but the thing is some tracks I downloaded are this years is it my computer or is TSN screwed up? Thanks Bill

Billymack, Both TSN and BrisNet data file names do NOT have the YEAR
in them. They still use the old DOS, I guess, where only 8 characters
were allowed to specify a file name. So, I suspect that you downloaded
similar files last year that had the same date as today, and that is
what is being used. If this is the case, the solution, of course, is to
store old files in a separate directory to avoid confusion. Perhaps,
one of these days, BrisNet and TSN will update their file naming
method, but I do understand any reluctance to do that because changes
can cause difficulties with applications recognizing the data file.
