Whats the difference between generic and integrated package software?

Generic applications are those , which do not require you to customize
them for any new purpose, i.e. generic applications can be used by
many people for many diversified tasks at many different places or
professions. Like Word or Excel can be used at many different
institutions or personally by different caliber individuals to satisfy
different needs.

An integrated package is a BUNDLE of different generic applications
like MS Office, Star Office or Google Docs. This bundle of generic
apps share their libraries and working. Thus have small size related
to individual installments of these apps and less expensive to the
user.
