Please ensure that there is no failure on the part of any SPM to upload the information. 

There is provision to see the number articles sent to sub-post offices in nspcdashboard 

Please use this option. nspcdashboard.ptcmysore.gov.in/kpi

Steps to use dashboard

1. Click on Sorting Hub(nspc) option

2. Log in by using above User ID and Password

3. Click on Sorting Hub Reports

4  Click on Suporting KPI's

5  Click on Delivery Information Upload Efficiency Report

6. Select Office name 'Mumbai"

7. Select a format "Excel"

8.Then Click on ''Export''

9.View your office performance through excel sheet and ensure that there should be 100 per cent uploading of delivery information

10 Speed Post information should be uploaded daily for station and BO

From the figures available on DET & Speed Net mis  analysis made at Divisional level &  it is observed that booking of Speed Post Articles at 39%  offices is "NIL" therefore these offices are not reflecting in Speed net MIS. Furthere the offices which are failed to upload the booking data to Speed MIS are suitably instructed to upload data without fail.

Sice, there is no any provision to monitor whethere Speed articles are received for delivery at all delivery Post offices or not , this is quite difficult to monitor uploading of delivery data.

Dear Sir,
This is regarding the performance of updation of speed post articles through speednet.  The speednet MIS for the period from 1 to 4th June, 2012 is furnished. Observations -

1. Speed Post Booking updation - Region - 50%
2. Goa Division with 77% updation is in top position in speed post booking updation.
3. The performance of Sindhudurg division is very poor with 31% in speed post booking updation.
4. Speed Post Delivery updation - Region - 27% which is very very poor.

Action to be taken -
1. SPMs - to ensure that speednet communication is run every day before day end and they log on to indiapost web site to confirm as to whether their office aoong with Branch offices appears in the website.
2. System Administrators - shall see as to whether the Sub-office attached to them are appearing in speednet MIS alongwith the Branch Offices and if not take remedial action to ensure that they appear.
3. Sub-Divisional Heads - shall see as to whether the SOs under their jurisdiction are appearing in speednet MIS alongwith the BOs attached and if not take appropriate measure to ensure the same.
4. Project Monitoring Unit - Every day shall analyse the position and keep System Administrators and Sub-Divisional Head fully informed about the non-appearance of Sub-Offices & Branch Post Offices.
5. ASP (Head Quarters) - Monitor the performance on day-to-day basis to ensure at 90% appearance on every day.

Divisional Heads shall have an action plan to ensure that all the offices appear in the speednet MIS.
