This is regarding review of 100% eMO booking and 100% delivery of mail.

This is regarding review of 100% eMO booking and 100% delivery of mail.
It is seen from the DET report that the % of mail not sent out for delivery and mail not delivered on the same day is high and % of eMO booking is too less,
which affects the daily KPI score of the concerned offices and overall KPI score of the Division.
In project arrow offices delivery performance should be above 95% and mail should be sent out for delivery on the day of receipt.
RO and CO monitoring the daily KPI score.
Therefore the matter may kindly be treated on priority.
The review report is attched herewith. Please submit your report in the given proforma by email.
