2017 No-limit Hold'em results available

Hi all,

First of all, I'd like to personally apologize for the delay in the results for the 2017 competition. A non-trivial amount of work was required to operate the competition within our budget, but that does not excuse the significant delay or the lack of communication about the issue. I'm solely at fault for this.

Without further ado, the results are now available at: http://www.computerpokercompetition.org/index.php/competitions/results/125-2017-results

The hand histories and the cross table of results will be made available this evening when I'm able to upload them to the web server. I have no eta as to when the benchmark server will be made available, again due to budgetary concerns.

A summary of the full results is below. Winrates are listed in milliblinds per hand (thousandths of a big blind) with their corresponding 95% confidence intervals.

For the total bankroll results, the score is the average winrate across the entire field of opponents.

Unfortunately, the 1st/2nd place ordering is only significant with just over 65% confidence. Due to the nature of the bankroll competition, it is currently cost prohibitive to clarify this result.

For the instant runoff results, the score listed is the average winrate against only the higher rated opponents, i.e., the score in the elimination tournament.

In the instant runoff competition, the 3rd/4th place ordering is only significant with 90% confidence.
