[Computer-go] Leela Zero is playing self-atari in seki

Hi,

I noticed these CGOS games, where Leela was winning but lost the game by playing self-atari in a seki:

If Leela is still being developed, it would be nice to fix this.

It looks like this only happens when using "kgs-genmove_cleanup".
I use this command to remove dead stones.
"genmove" does not play this kind of moves.
