Stylo error in hclust(...

Dear all,

 

Running Stylo I get this error:

 

[….all going well, but then:]

 

Assigning plot colors according to file names...

 

Error in hclust(as.dist(distance.table), method = linkage) :

  NA/NaN/Inf in foreign function call (arg 10)

 

It occurred after I searched and replaced some digits and punctuation into other characters in the corpus files, so as to include them in my measurement. No error occurred when I ran Stylo on the original files.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Problem solved! (Stupid mistake in python made all files exactly the same).
