Note:  This survey was designed by the CC Task Force, which has as main goal the development and implementation of strategies for increasing the impact, visibility and diversity of CC as both discipline and community. 

The results of the survey will be used to help the Task Force to achieve these goals. The results of the survey will be published by the Task Force and your answers will be anonymised.
