Asking Advice: AI Music Generation

May I ask for some advice? In February I bought the Pro package in "AI Music Generator." Their website is at https://ai-music-generator.ai/ I created some songs and they got saved in a default album. I was able to download them. After several months I logged in again tonight and had a new song created. I played it and it was really good. But I wasn't allowed to download or save it. It was in my default album, and then five minutes later it was gone. I kept getting sent to the page telling me to upgrade to Pro. I already had the Pro package!!! I emailed them and although they claim to have email help 24/7, I've been waiting an hour and got no answer. If anyone can help me in any way, please do. I'd appreciate it. Clare Higgins
