Creative Code + Cognitive Robotics - licensing

Hello CCForum
I have written a code similar to the conceptualization of creative code or Computational Creativity.
Soon to be crowd funded. The code is written and formatted in 1 of 3 books.
This is one simple layer. The second layer is how the written text and number equation (which replicates) morphs
into usage for the field of Cognitive Robotics.
The question is how do I sell the creative code (designed for human consciousness) and the yet to be re-formatted code (to be designed and coded for Cognitive Robotics)
IF hyperthetically speaking a tech company wanted to buy-in how does one retain the licensing IF a software programmer or company would need to be hired to
