Hello, this is Lilla LoCurto and Bill Outcault. We’re two independent artists based in Brooklyn, New York and we’re excited to be organizing a workshop for ICCC26. This workshop will focus on the evolving dynamics of creative collaboration between humans and AI systems, not simply as tools, but as active participants in artistic processes.

We’ll explore questions around authorship, agency, intuition, bias, unpredictability, and trust when working alongside generative systems. We’re especially interested in the practical and emotional realities of co-creating with AI: how these systems influence decision-making, shape aesthetic outcomes, challenge traditional creative identities, and open new possibilities for artistic practice.

Our goal is to foster an open dialogue about what it means to collaborate creatively with intelligent systems at a moment when these technologies are rapidly reshaping artistic culture and creative labor.

Any and all are welcome to attend the workshop and we're seeking people interested in submitting proposals to present their experiences in this area as well. Whether you’re actively integrating AI into your creative practice or approaching these questions with skepticism or curiosity, we welcome diverse perspectives and approaches. The details are here: https://computationalcreativity.net/workshops/practitioners-ai-collab-iccc26/
