Register for SfNC2025: Creativity & Changing Brains

Dear Colleagues,

The Society for the Neuroscience of Creativity’s largest-ever conference is happening May 21–23, 2025 in Paris, France at the Paris Brain Institute (ICM), and we want you there to help us celebrate 10 years of SfNC!

The theme, Creativity & Changing Brains, will explore how creativity both shapes and is shaped by changes in the brain, from clinical, developmental, pedagogical, and everyday contexts. This theme is inspired by the history of neuropsychological discovery at our venue and by the promise of creativity to enable resilience and human flourishing through all forms of disruptive change.

The program includes an exciting lineup of keynotes, panels, interactive sessions, artist exhibitions, poster sessions, and social events, including talks from:

  • Anna Abraham (University of Georgia) – Director, Torrance Center for Creativity & Talent Development

  • Andreas Fink (University of Graz)

  • Mathieu Cassotti (Université de Paris)

And two dynamic panels:

  • AI & Creativity: Trends and Future Directions, moderated by Roger Beaty (Penn State University)

  • Education and the Evolution of Creative Potential, moderated by Caroline di Bernardi Luft (Brunel University London)

Register Soon at tsfnc.org

We expect to sell out—register soon to secure your spot! Register via the SfNC member portal on our website. Registration will close one week before the event or once capacity is reached. Note: you must become a member of SfNC to register.

Check out our FAQ and Info Page for more detailed information, including our program at a glance, maps, hotel recommendations, and travel tips.

10th Anniversary Celebration!

Join us the evening of May 23rd aboard Le Son de La Terre, a péniche party boat with stunning views of Notre Dame. Tickets for this event, featuring a performance by jazz artist Abdoulaue Kouyate Fefanyi, are separate from the conference registration and available through the SfNC Member Portal. Non-SfNC guests are warmly welcomed, please purchase them a non-member ticket when registering.
