Hello,

I am looking for co-creative systems to be analyzed with the co-creativity as a search framework we presented at the ICCC 2016 (http://www.computationalcreativity.net/iccc2016/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Modes-for-Creative-Human-Computer-Collaboration.pdf).

Our framework is an extension of Wiggins’ framework of creativity as a search for co-creative contexts. In the paper, we briefly discussed examples of co-creative systems through the framework presented, but a more thorough evaluation of the framework in real contexts is required to assess its usefulness. However, detailed descriptions of the inner workings of existing co-creative systems are rarely the focus of literature, hindering our efforts of accurately classifying and examining systems through the search-based framework. Therefore I am now looking for a few creators of co-creative systems to discuss the respective inner minutiae of their systems.

My idea is to either write a follow up as a conference article, or a longer journal article, which would include creator insights into the use of the framework in the formalization (and hopefully also in evaluation and development) of their co-creative systems. Depending on the amount of interested parties, the style of the article (or the section) would be either (about 3) case stories, and/or a more review style piece focused on the strengths and limitations of this approach for analyzing co-creative systems. Depending on their contributions, interested creators, especially those participating in case stories, would be invited to participate in the writing of the article as authors.

If you are interested in discussing this further, you can contact me via e-mail. The exact time frame of things depends largely on the amount of interested creators. If you have other interested parties in mind, feel free to share my contacts with them!

Best regards,
