I have never been able to use compuserve newsgroups with Outlook Express
4.0 on Win 3.11.. after loading the list of groups, it then starts all over
again.. and it does not do this with other services..

meanwhile I downloaded the ie5w31.zip from iesupp and despite it having
the full complement of file cabs, it still tries to get them all over
again..
