Normally, for a file stored on a SharePoint site, more than one person can work on it at the same time. This is called coauthoring. But if someone checks out the file from SharePoint, other authors are temporarily prevented from working in it until the file is checked in.
Point at the file. A small pop-up window with info about the file appears. Included in the info will be the name of the person who has the file checked out. You can then contact that person to inquire when you may get access to the file.

Students, including Seniors, will not need to return their ECF-funded Chromebook at the end of the school year. The device will remain checked out to the student to support learning at home. In addition, no fees for ECF Devices will be charged to students. We are working to develop a solution that allows us to give permission to graduated Seniors. TSA funds new in-line projects based on its funding prioritization criteria. A project sponsor can proactively apply for design and construction funding related to building a new in-line checked baggage inspection system, a checked baggage resolution area upgrade, or an efficiency project for an existing inspection system. Only projects using qualified product list equipment are eligible for funding.
