Enjoy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpizK1s-6F0. Also, I just talked to Dr. Ramiro Avalos, expert in virology, and he said it is difficult to determine whether the antibodies were produced by the pathogen or by the vaccine. He mentioned something REALLY interesting: if the vaccine was an inactivated pathogen, the antibodies will be produced only against antigens in the membrane or structure of the pathogen. If, on the contrary, the pathogen caused the raise in antibodies, these antibodies will be produced against structural antigens AND antigens produced by the pathogen. However, things are a little more complicated when someone thinks about vaccines made out of attenuated (instead of inactivated) pathogens.
