Bom dia, pessoal.

Quando o órgão não participante solicita ao gerenciador, via sistema, a adesão à ata e o órgão gerenciador, via sistema, autoriza esta adesão e, mesmo assim, na hora de gerar a minuta de empenho não participante o sistema emite a seguinte mensagem:

(5983)QUANTIDADE ULTRAPASSA A QUANTIDADE AUTORIZADA (ITEM 00001), sendo que já consultei e a quantidade não ultrapassa a autorizada....

Aconteceu com alguém de vocês?

Qual foi a saída?

Não existe minuta de empenho gerada não. Já consultei. Até porque chego até esse ponto, conforme imagem abaixo.

Como o valor unitário do item é R$ 0,01 e está tentando empenhar 1 item no valor de R$ 10,00; veja (tentativa e erro.. rs) colocar o valor de R$ 0,01 para quantidade 01.

Se tiver apenas esse item o valor total do empenho está errado, pois o valor unitário do item é de 0,01. Faz muito tempo que não empenho, logo não me lembro se o batimento de quantidade com valor é feito nesse momento da geração de minuta.

Na verdade o valor de R$ 10,00 será de todo o empenho, o conjunto dos itens somados. Quando coloco na tela anterior o valor de R$ 0,01 aparece o seguinte:

Verdade... SRP não aceita valores quebrados, talvez tenha que empenhar R$ 1,00 de cada item (1,00/0,01=100 unidades)... veja ai... o ruim é quando for reforçar, pois poderá apresentar o mesmo erro de quantdidade

Obrigado pela ajuda, pessoal. Abrirei um chamado. Acredito que seja um erro de sincronização dos sistemas. Parece que o HOD(Tela preta) não está entendendo a quantidade autorizada la no Siasg Gestão de Atas. Acho que está havendo uma falha na comunicação desses dados.

Tentei todas as sugestões. Um grande abraço a todos.

Estou com problemas em um pregão onde os itens foram homologados, assinado contrato e na entrega o licitante alegou que o produto dele não atende todas os especificações para o item e o setor demandante disse que a marca ofertada  não aguenta o serviço e quer que cancelamos o item, pois a especificações foram mal dimensionadas.

Agora não sei oque fazer?
