Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Duration: 6 months
Rate: $55/Hour ON C2C

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in performing project management and management reporting/presentation in the IT department
Exceptional organizational skills coupled with a strong attention to detail and a track record of taking action. Good documentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to establish working relationships quickly and gain credibility with peers
Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic thinking to bring VW Management online
Communication skills – interpersonal, management presentation and written skills
Excellent understanding of project management principles
Scope tracking and control
Systematic in gathering requirements, reviewing options, presenting analysis to management
Integration – interfacing with colleagues at different levels in the company, assessing root cause of challenge, and develop actionable initiatives to achieve results.
Ability to work on multiple activities concurrently.
Ability to take a “client” focus when engaging with internal departments / customers.
Works well as part of a team.

Roles & responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring IT projects are implemented according to PMO process in line with business requirements.
Ensure proper Planning of each projects with Frequent updates to IT Management.
Ensure Service stakeholders are informed of the Projects status.
Tracking in generation and monitoring of issues/ Open Points to mitigate and create contingency plans.
Identify and support in the project/program risks mitigation.
Tracking of Projects documentation.
Ensure transparency by tracking & reporting budget position and timelines to management specific to the individual projects assigned to scope.
Change Management support: Work with Change Control and prepare proper documentation is submitted to Change Control
Supporting for Steering Committee meetings
