cannot serve image if filename has encoded danish characters

Hi

in my public folder I have the following two paths

uploads/images/53fe34981d67fefe0e000002/rodriguezkarr.png

uploads/images/53fe42c51d67fefe0e000008/Sk%C3%A6rmbillede-2014-08-25-kl.-23.50.09-300x300.png

both images exist, I can open them from the command line, however if I try to get the one with the escaped danish characters in the name I get the following error

Cannot GET /uploads/images/53fe42c51d67fefe0e000008/Sk%C3%A6rmbillede-2014-08-25-kl.-23.50.09-300x300.png

I've tried with other formats so it is nothing to do with .png images.

Anyone know a reason for this?
