Nothing obvious jumps to mind...there isn't any oracle specific
functionality in CPK. Do the Oracle tests work for you?
The error should be fairly easy to trackdown:
oracle_enhanced_adapter.rb:109:in `<module:ConnectionAdapters>':

That class is part of Rails, so I'd guess a load order issue where the
Oracle adapter is loading its version too soon or maybe CPK.
