• Remind agents to bring their own padlock when using a locker to avoid bag confiscation and NOC.

Dialpad

• Remind agents using Dialpad to notify in the group chat before calling.
• Remind agents to properly rename their contacts to avoid confusion.

Hiring Updates

• We are now hiring.

• We need more reviews.
