Task completed throughout the day:

  • Added text details and step-by-step visual guides for:

    • Add Lease

    • Draft and Send All-Hands

  • Created interactive and clickable versions of the manual processes in Figma, including:

    • Recording Building Charges (Logging Bills, Buildium Entry Process)

    • Owner Payout Process (Buildium)

    • Owner Payout Process (Google Sheet, Update Monthly Report)

    • Entering Opening Bank Balances

  • Double-checked each property in the monthly log sheet to see if there were any inconsistencies with the tenants for the active properties that needed updating. I found two:

    • 160 East 39th Street – 3: Updated past tenants Jillian Reinhardt and Walter Kobasa III to the new tenants Scott Garcia and Michael Smith.

    • 570 Broome Street – 20B: Updated tenants from Henry Muggia and Will Cunningham to Amaya Crichton.

  • Informed SQ that I reached out to CG last Friday.
    • He confirmed he can take the Leadership call at 2:00 PM, and AN will handle the Project “Three Rivers” kick-off call at 3:00 PM.
    • Also informed her that KC has no conflict on Monday, November 17th, but he does have a conflict tomorrow, Tuesday, November 18th.
  • Reached out to KC to ask how he would like to handle his conflict for tomorrow, Tuesday, November 18th.
  • Added the Southeast M&A Conference (March 11–13, 2026) to CG’s calendar and marked March 14–15 as vacation days with Polly. Updated CG accordingly.
  • Checked the conference hotel website and confirmed reservations can now be made.
  • Updated CG, attached a snapshot for reference, and included the agenda and hotel link.
  • Asked him to advise whether he’d prefer to check in on March 10 or March 11.
  • Sent SQ CG’s updated 2026 Board and Conference Schedule (updated 11-17-25) for review.
  • Booked the LCR for Amy for tomorrow, November 18th, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM and added the details IC.
  • Called Amtrak to follow up on KC’s receipt request.
