I actually have a little public v-server available in the Internet and I
can offer to host a maven repo and the artifacts, if you guys want. My
available bandwidth should be enough for some time...

That'd be cool, I have the clojure maven plugin hosted on oss.sonatype.org but thats locked down to my groupId.
