mzTab-M project at ELIXIR Germany Biohackathon

Dear colleagues,

for the 1st ELIXIR Germany (hybrid) Biohackathon, taking place in Wittenberg, Germany from 12-16 December 2022,
we (the LIFS consortium) have proposed a project to improve authoring and integration support of the mzTab-M data format, with a focus on, but not limited to lipidomics.
One of our goals is to push towards closing the gap between mzTab-M producers and mzTab-M consumers, including support to author and generate repository submission formats for MetaboLights and other repositories from mzTab-M.

I would be grateful if you could share this information within your groups to reach more potential participants or experts that we could contact for participation in the project.
On site as well as remote participation are possible. Registration deadline is November 20th 2022.
