This is the Q&A forum for the CHCF Fellows & Alumni High Needs High Cost Care Interest Group.

Purpose: To foster communication between interest group members and to share information and resources as they relate to the topic area.

How to use:

Emailing the group at Complex-care@googlegroups.com or
Posting your message on the interest group website.

Access the forum

If you have a non-gmail email address, you can still access the online forum by:

Creating a google account with your existing email address. Make sure to click on "Use my current email address instead."
Linking your existing email with your google account so that all forum content is directed to your existing email. Watch a 2-minute tutorial on how to do it.

Set up notifications

You can receive email notifications when messages are posted. To choose the frequency of those notifications, go to "My Settings" (click on the "people and gear" icon in the upper right corner of the group page) and select "Membership and Email Settings."

Posting guidelines

Create only one thread for each subject you want to address. Do not re-use existing threads started by others, even if they are seemingly on the same subject. Start a new thread instead.
