Mailing in Java using hotmail server

Hi Jgurus,
Can anyone please tell me whether we can send mails using hotmail (HTTP)server with Java? The incoming mail server of hotmail is http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp. I found code snippets for sending mail using SMTP. If it is possible to send mails using HTTP server, please send me the working code.
