Zack Franco pointed out that Joel Friedman's name appears wrong in his sidebar -- twice (on page 89).

Two more corrections (image corrections) were made and published on the online-access copy -- the change will also be effective on future printed copies:

1. George Hanna indicated that the "now" picture on his sidebar was not his and provided a picture for the replacement.

2. Bill Mandela suggested that either Jeff Soesbe is a perfect Terry Savalas/ Kojak look-alike, complete with the lollipop, or we mixed up something.

Now the picture on Jeff's sidebar (which I believe, originally was taken from Jeff's Facebook profile picture) is replaced.
