SAP ABAP HR

 

Skill1 - SAP ABAP (L2)

Understands requirements from functional specifications clearly and is able to map the requirements to prepare Technical specification . Implements the solution based on technical specification and and resolves issues independently in the areas of own skills. Good knowledge about quality process and also guide the team- mates in using the various quality tools. Able to mentor 2-3technical consultants and support them in developing solutions. Along with Basic ABAP capabilities , candidate must have basic knowledge in one of the other areas such as Data migration techniques or conversant with basic knowledge of ALE/ IDOCs or Any one of the Advanced ABAP areas which includes : 1. BAPIs and performance tuning , 2. Enhancement techniques 3. Workflow 4.Smart forms 5. ABAP upgrade 6. Unicode conversion Should have at least 2 - 4years of experience in SAP ABAP and has at least 2 implementation projects' experience and/or has exposure to support projects.

Knowledge about Payroll, Time Management, Payroll Driver Program, Uploading time data(CATS), Running the payroll. Good knowledge about the Benefits Module, Payroll Related Info types, Payroll status record, Payroll control record, Posting data to FI. ALE/IDOC, BADI's related to Benefits/Time Management /Payroll. Knowledge about HR Upgrade project and Unicode Conversion.

 

Essential Skill(s)

Skill1 - SAP ABAP HR (L3)

Understands requirements from functional specifications clearly based on functionality. Able to analyse limitations / risks in the solution at early stages and creates solutions accordingly . Maps the requirements to prepare Technical specification and implements the solution based on technical specification. Resolves issues of team -mates also. Possess sufficient knowledge of the quality processes and adopted quality standards in projects. Knowledge of the recognized quality tools Able to lead and support the team of technical consultants. Supports in effort estimation and proposal making from SAP-ABAP side. Must have good knowledge of ABAP language. Well Conversant with Data migration area or ALE/IDOCs or at least 2 areas of Advanced ABAP which includes : 1. BAPIs and performance tuning , 2. enhancement techniques 3.Workflow 4. Smart forms 5. ABAP upgrade 6. Unicode conversion Should have at least 6 - 10 years of experience in SAP-ABAP. Ability to explain Technical Specs to team members and Clarifying Ad Hoc queries related to HR Tables, U exits, BADI's etc. Should possess quality to Lead a Team. Review the code of Team members and check whether the HR programming standards are followed. Review the Estimation of Technical Specs, Check if the Quality Processes are followed correctly, Basic Knowledge and overview about Configuration in PA/OM, Personal data, Organizational Data, Customizing Procedures, Debugging Standard Payroll Driver program. Knowledge about HR Specific Authorization Object, Workflow,
