I am wondering is it possible to use the API to send a video to an Open AI model to analyse it. What I mean by that is I want, for example, to send a video of a football match and ask the model to analyse it and tell me why this team conceded, why did the other team score, what could have been made better, etc. Like give tips based on video footage. I understand that probably I have to train it before. Is it even possible?
Hi Lache. According to the last time checked it can do this via
the video gpt vision. though this is not available for gpts yet
so you would have to use the api. But yes it works and is amazing.
I am taking a different approach, uploading videos to YouTube and using some open sources like youtube-dl to obtain the transcript of the video. Then, from that transcript file, we can analyze the content.
When I email a video link to someone, I want that video, when the link is clicked, to open at the highest resolution (e.g., 1080p), not at the lowest resolution (e.g., 480p). How do I get that to happen?
While there's no way to adjust the default resolution that files will be previewed on the website through shared links, you'll always be able to see the full resolution file if you download it from the website and open it locally on your devices.

I'm currently using Photoshop 2023 on Windows 10, and I tried opening a .mp4 file, only, this time it gave me the error "Could not open "filename.mp4" because the video file could not be opened.
I used Photoshop 2023 to open .mp4 as well as .mov files just earlier that same day. I tried looking it up but only found solutions for Mac. I have also tried restarting my PC as well as relaunching Photoshop 2023 with administrator permissions, neither worked.
Without any exact info about your system and details like hardware acceleration settings and the specs of the file we can't tell you much. Either the required hardware acceleration stuff doesn't work or there's something off with your file(s).
Any chance you are using special characters in your file and folder names? There's an issue with that in Media Encoder. If that's it, only use Englich/ Western characters. No accents, no umlauts, no other stuff.
It seems it really was as easy as updating Windows from version 21H2 to 22H2, I simply thought earlier that Windows would install such a critical update on their own and update the PC when I restarted it the first time. Thanks for the help, will definitely look back at this post if I ever run into any more issues with Photoshop.
Actually, it seems I've run into the same issue, I updated Windows but I can only open files I have opened through Photoshop before, no new .mp4 files seems to work with it. I've tried changing codec between H.264 and H.265 and the other way around.
I simply changed the file location. My MP4 file was initially in the download folder, but when I moved it to my work folder, the problem was solved. It seems that the downloader wasn't supported for editing in Photoshop.
I have a script that parses a bunch of events from a given movie file and uses the -ss and -endpos flags to play specific portions of the file. Let's say there is one file available. What I want to do is run a chained command like:
How can I keep mplayer open or make the switch less jarring? Doing this with 30 clips would give someone a massive headache, and I'd like to see if it can be done this way without writing a script to cut the movies and put them together (which sounds like a nightmare, but if anyone has ideas, please post those in the comments).
I ended up solving it with a quick solution that a friend suggested - take the semi-colon out since mplayer supports multiple files AND flags. (Works for a few files for now, will update if I run into problems down the line.)

For unsupported videos we recommend converting them to mp4 using the open source application HandBrake, available for Windows, Linux and MacOS platforms at Choose the default "Fast 1080p30" preset, then in the Video tab choose "Constant Framerate". If you cannot or do not want to install software on your computer, you can use a web-based converter such as Cloud Convert. To create image stacks we recommend the Online Converter website.

Hi. I recorded two separate videos on photo booth that were extremely important. Each were around 10-20 minutes. Each saved properly, however when I try to open them, it won't let me. I have tried opening the videos with both Quicktime and Itunes, but neither will let me. Wondering what I can do to get these videos to play.
I had the same thing happening when pipewire had problems playing EAC3. Because it was taking around 20 seconds to start playing my videos, if I closed VLC, another instance with a black screen would popup. I had to close it too, but it would sometimes still keep running in background.
Try updating your OS and check if that solves the problem.
I upgraded my HTPC to F35 last night. This solved the Nvidia 470xx driver problem as well as VLC issue. In F34 with 470xx every time i boot system was reverting to Nouveau and VLC was running on split windows.

3. What about labs? Homework? Readings? Hands-on laboratory practice and feedback on homework assignments are certainly important parts of the educational experience. While UCI chemistry students have access to high-quality physical laboratories and graded homework assignments, we count on institutions that adopt UCI Open materials for part or all of their curricula to provide those services to their own students. In addition, for several of the OpenChem courses we provide information about textbooks available from commercial sources (publishers) that students can purchase if they wish to follow along with homework assignments and reading.
