I'm sure this has come up before but can anyone tell me where to get 3rd party property insurance only?
Thanks

I will check it out. Hopefully by cleaning the bottom there will be less
fish attraction as well!

On the RAW water blockage You could push some plastic hose onto it from inside, then push a long 4-8 MMrod down through to the outside and knock the shell out.  Keep the top of the tube above waterline. Never done it myself

Hi Dean,

I have been trying to chase insurance for my C28 for the last 7 days and have been given the run around by several companies, to the point that it was scheduled to be taken to the tip as no-one would insure it.

I was recommended to try New Wave Marine and was able to get a policy in under half an hour.

I similarly only require Third Party Property insurance at the moment, and New Wave were happy to provide it.

Thanks David - I came to the conclusion 10 years ago that marine insurance is like a scam and I wonder if I am covered for anything beyond paying a premium.

Hi Geoff,

I sometimes wonder the same, but it is a requirement in my Marina.

I am happy to report that after my recent dramas, my C28 Selma was today returned to the water, looking very pretty in her new antifoul.
