Formalize CSS

This is pretty cool:

What would be an appropriate way of integrating this with the Compass way?

Looks cool. This could easily be converted into a plugin of it's own.
I may also borrow heavily from it for the Susy default styles.

I heard a rumor that Nathan will be working with sass and compass soon... so maybe you just need to wait :)

However, since Sass 3, you have the ability for sass to natively parse css files and then extend them using selector inheritance, maybe you don't to turn everything into a mixin...

Eric, Chris,

Yeah, I was wondering whether it would be best placed as an extension
(especially given that images and JS are used) and used as a reset. Or
perhaps it belongs in Core? I was also wondering whether selector
inheritance could be used here. Chris, what was your thinking along
those lines?
