Errno::EACCES on line ["897"] of C: Permission denied

Updated late yesterday to the latest versions and am now running in to permissions issues either creating a project or 'watching' a project.

Environment:

• OS: Win8 Pro
• ruby 1.9.3p484 (2013-11-22) [i386-mingw32]
• Compass 0.12.4 (Alnilam)
• Sass 3.3.4 (Maptastic Maple)

I've run as administrator with no change in the outcome and I've verified that I have full permissions in shell account.

This is fixed by Sass 3.2.19 and Compass 0.12.5.
