import find file and continues but doesn't appear in compiled css

I have an odd issue running sass 3.4.2 and compass 1.0.1 and compiling compass with grunt.

There are several imports in the scss file. All of which appear to be working. (If I change the path, the compiler breaks and throws and error).

But the included files don't appear in the compiled result. Could this be a bug?

This issue was related to Zurb Foundation and the @export mixing being broken. It can be fixed by rolling back to previous version of sass and compass or by editing the foundation source code.
