I'm using R with Deducer and trying to use compareGroups with the GUI interface. Unfortunately, after starting it and when trying to use it, the surface goes transparent and on the uppermost line it says at the end "keine Rückmeldung"/"no feedback".
Is this a known problem, possibly having something to do with Java? What could I do about it?
Thank you!

I have little experience on using R from Deducer interface. And, unfortunately I cannot help you. So, I only can say that you launch compareGroups GUI (by cGroupsGUI function) from regular R console. Alternatively, you can use the WUI (by cGroupsWUI function) from your R console or remotely from  www.comparegroups.eu/wui

I tried to open cGroupsGUI (and compareGroups alone) from the regular R console (mentioning Deducer just for the sake of completeness), it did not work (even "regular" compareGroups). However, I had updated R just before to version 3.2.3 (under Windows 7). Becoming quite desperate in the meantime because "regular" compareGroups would not work anymore (not recognizing the data though being in the correct directory), I deinstalled version 3.2.3 and reinstalled 3.2.2 (under which I had worked with "regular" compareGroups successfully).
And now, under 3.2.2, I can both work with cGroupsGUI and "regular" compareGroups successfully! (Though getting the warning message that compareGroups was built under 3.2.3)
So, the exact problem to developers and community is now -> "Is there a bug with compareGroups and R version 3.2.3 (when run under Windows 7)?"
Thanks a lot!

I've lunched cGroupsGUI with R version 3.2.3 both 32 and 64 bits successfully. I'm using a PC with Windows 7 OS. So, unfortunately I cannot figure out an explanation about cGroupsGUI problem you describe.
