Friends,
Anybody has handled FC-4 - annual return of a foreign company can help me with this query. We had filed form FC-4 for one foreign company. MCA has come back with query as follows:
Pl submit detail of promoters directors KMP and meetings held of the parent company duly signed and certifieid.
Unable to understand this query, can anybody help. WE had submitted this document as an attachment in the form itself. What is the meaning of "duly signed and certified". Rule 9 of the Companies (Registration of Foreign Companies) Rules, pertains only to the charter documents such as memorandum, articles or any instrument defining the constitution of the foreign company. Why do they need details of the parent company meetings?
