Today, Mca put notification of 3rd Amendment of Incorporation Rules
Fact of Amendments:
1. Propposed Director is Resident or Not?
If (s)he stay in India not less than 182 days in From 01/01/2018 then (s)he is Resident in India.
2. In Rule 15 :
For the word of "Affidavit", "Declaration" word subsitituted
3. In Form Spice 32
Attchment No. 3 Name of Attachement is renamed as "Declaration by first subscriber(s) and
director(s)"
So after interpret point no. 2 & 3
There are not required now to do Affadavit.
