Problem With IEXPLORER.EXE

Hi my friends,
I have a question about IEXPLORER dealing with windows.
I can't open more than 60 windows of IEXPLORER , simultaneously and
about 32 widow in XP.
I really need it because of some reasons but I'm sure I don't suffer
from lack of RAM or CPU or something like this. You can test it on
your computer easily if it was possible.
I want to know how I can open about 100 IEXPLORER simultaneously on my
computer and what is the problem with it now?

System: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack2
Computer: Intel(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz, 1 GB of RAM.
