We have Windows XP Pro installed. We have a couple of users when they
logon and try to install a printer they get the following error.

Windows cannot connect to the printer. Windows cannot locate a
suitable printer driver. Contact your administrator for help locating
and installing a suitable driver.
If these user's log onto another PC they can install the printer.
It doesnt mattter who logs onto there PC you cannot add a printer.
I have tried different drivers, changing the User's permission's
