While you didn't go into much detail as to why you need this file, I'm
assuming it's because when you loaded Netscape, or Internet Explorer, or your
e-mail program, you got the message "File not found: WINSOCK.DLL". This is
because your TCP/IP stack is not loaded. This is usually called TCPMAN,
Trumpet, Trumpet Winsock, Dialler, Log in, Connect, Connect to, Chameleon, or
something similar. Load this program first, dial in to the internet from that
program, and then load Netscape, or whatever it is you want to use. If you
are sure you don't have a TCP/IP stack, download Internet Explorer (it comes
with one) at
