Open an Tcl/Tk App from Motif: Loses the focus

Hi,
I'm using Motif in an C++ program (Linux). I tried to open a Tcl/Tk App into a DialogShell and it works perfectly.
The problem is when you popup the window, Tcl window doesn't have the focus. You have to click outside the Window and when you click on the Window, it gets the focus.
How can i have the focus in my window from the first time i open it.
