acroread fullpage problem

I can't think of any other place to post this question. If there is a better
place, please let me know.

When I start up acroread 9.1.1 and switch to full screen mode. Mwm puts a
border around the full-screen image and moves the window up and to the left, so
the mwm top-border is off the screen. I can remove the border by putting this
in my .Xresources file:

Mwm*acroread*clientDecoration: none

But now acroread in non-fullscreen mode does not have a border, and the
full-screen version without border is still shifted up and to the left off the
screen.

Is there a way to make acroread 9.1.1 work with mwm in both regular and
full-screen modes? I do not have this problem with acroread 7.0.9. I think the
problem started with acroread 8.x.

I think that place would be Adobe Acrobat bug mailing list ;-)

I think mwm uses Motif WM hints, which were a standard way to do this
for a long time.

Now that Xorg and freedesktop rule the world, modern window managers use
_NET_WM_STATE_FULLSCREEN,
as defined in Extended window manager hints.

mwm is too old to know any of these future standards.

So I guess Adobe programmers have thrown away the MWM hints code, or
simply don't see old window managers as their deployment target.

If you find any way to report a bug to Adobe acrobat, let me know.
"Two page up" mode does not work in the full screen mode.
