It is possible to compile 2.3.0 on Mac OS X, and it is also possible to
obtain binaries for 2.1.32-compat from IST. In short, yes, there are at
least two versions of Motif which can be installed on X11 for Mac.

However, you need to install it. Mac X11 does not have Motif by default.
