I recently upgraded my KDE version to 3.2.2,
using the regular debian apt-get mechanism.
I run testing/unstable (mepis).
Since the upgrade, I am seeing the cervisia
icon twice in konq's toolbar. Is there a way
to correct this - or even to remove CVS integration
from konqueror ?
TIA,
Bernard.
Twice? That shouldn't be possible! Any way, to remove Cervisia from Konquerr
toolbar, look for "cervisia.desktop" in your global KDE hierarchy. For
example, on my SuSE distro, it's:
/opt/kde3/share/applications/kde/cervisia.desktop
Rename that file into something else, e.g. "cervisia.NOTdesktop", close all
Konqueror windows. Re-open one window. At least one Cervisia should be gone.
For the second, I got an idea while writting: Maybe another cervisia.desktop
landed in your personal KDE hierarchy. This one, you can erase it safely but
renaming is enough.
Hope it helps,

I found two cervisia.desktop files, namely (debian)
/usr/share/applications/kde/cervisia.desktop
/usr/share/applnk/Development/More/cervisia.desktop
Renaming one indeed only leaves one cervisia icon in
the konqueror toolbar.
Cheers,
Bernard.
