Hi all i recently upped my more or less stock rh7.2 to 2.2.2 ..
i've downgraded my qt-2.3.1 to get rid of the weird klipper/konq lag
problem but still seem not to be able to figure out how to get my "fixed
font" to stick. basically i can set it to fixed but it basically is stuck
as Arioso which is a very annoying non fixed cursive font (it is the first
font that shows up in the nonfixed category...)
I'd like my fixed font to be something other than cursive.. and
noticed someone else mentioning having this problem .. is there a fix for
this yet?

btw except for this one issue 2.2.2 is noticably faster.. the
speedups w/ each successive kde is getting a bit scary actually.. :)
This is odd, I thought that this had been fixed. At least it now works
on my system (didn't a while ago).
You can edit the file: "$HOME/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals"
Under the: "[General]" tag, edit the line:
fixed=Courier,10,5,0,50,0
Or, something like that.

Sorry, I hoped so too, but it's still not fixed... Yah, the good old trick
of hard editing kdeglobals works allways...
