KWinTV Offset Window (and more)

I went out and got a Hauppage WinTV card (model 401) and with a little
work got it work, but for some reason the actual picture doesnt stay in
the actual KWinTV 'window', it always floats outside of it, varying by
the size that I make the incoming television resolution. Nearby active
windows also play havoc on the floating picture, and it will wrap around
from one side of the screen to another. Has anyone else had a problem
like this, or know where I may have my settings wrong?

Also, my machine has a fully funtioning SB16 that works for both system
sounds and cd playing, but when i run the sound from the TV card into
the sound card, i dont get anything. My sound works fine when i hook
the sound output directly to the my speakers - I had a tape deck hooked
up to both the line-in and line-out on the card, and it worked fine, so
it must not be the line-in on the soundcard -- any ideas anyone?

I am also having some issues receiving with the FM radio receiver in the
card - any suggestions on this?

I'm overall pretty happy with it -- aside from configuring the sound,
and getting the picture to be happy in its window - it works great, the
picture is phenomenal - i have a Matrox Millenium G200 which works well
with it. But I'm sure getting the sound and picture back in its window
will make this awesome - Thanks for the help.
